Description
Time is a Two-Way Street (2004) for two flutists. The two flutists are true equals, and the musical materials symbolize the title, as there is material reminiscent of traditional Japanese music and of more current idioms. As the music of the past is in the present, and the music of the present becomes the music of the past, the flow of ideas, inspirations and emotions is ever multi-directional. 10-11 minutes
